OK, my question is, what did she look like under that mask? I think we can assume that one of the following statements hold true:

1. Under that mask, she was either the most ravishing beauty on Third Earth, or
2. Under that mask, she had a huge disfiguring scar
   Or it could be a bit of both, that she was amazingly beautiful apart from one huge scar (rather like Miss Drachman in Alistair MacLean's novel "South By Java Head", one of his best - don't know if it was ever made into a film).
   As a character though, I'm in two minds about her. Her two appearances in season one, fine, great, like her there. But in the later seasons, she just became a walking cliche, a mindless auto-cop, and by the end of the series I couldn't stand her.

To me mandora looks like lynxana the bountry hunter from the thundercats comies 4,5, and 6.

There's something else that I've never been quite sure of. Is that her hair or some fancy feathered plumage sticking out of the top of her helmet?

The biggest mystery from her, is she part of some space organization? How come we never knew more on it?
