    Plus, it's the first one where Jason rocks the hockey mask from beginning to end. (I mean, up until he catches that machete to his mug.)

      Agree, this was the peak. Something changed after this one, they were never as good and much more ridiculous.

          My second favorite behind Part 2. Love rounding out watching the first four though. It is sad that the franchise started taking a nosedive after this one. Certainly the most menacing Jason IMO.

            I've only seen part 1 and a friend suggested I try watching a few others. She suggested this one so I'm giving it a try. I prefer Nightmare On Elm Street but since other horror fans enjoy this I've been curious about it.
