the concept of Streisand and worse anything is an oxymoron. She excellent in all she does, for the most part..

C'mon. This is basic English grammar. When you're talking about a group of actors-both male and female-you use the masculine formhence "actor".
Sounds sexist, but I didn't make up the rule.

Do you really need that explained? It's the Razzies and Streisand appeared as a man in the film. It was a joke.
I doubt the nomination was based on the fact that she's bad at acting and rather that no one in their right mind would believe that she's a man (still a good movie though)
