Joel Goldsmith's electronic score is catchy, funny and often quite unnnerving, it totally fits the action and mood of the film. My favorite cues are during the surgery scenes.
I wish an official release was available.

A late reply, but an agreement all the same. I can't even find a fan rip of the soundtrack! Oh well, maybe some day we'll get that deluxe blu-ray of the film, in its proper ratio with an isolated score option.
