It was indicated that Kevin was 10.
It was indicated that Mary was 12.
But how old was Jennifer supposed to be? She looks like she was 13 at the most, but in some scenes she appears younger, and in other scenes older. That was probably to mess with Mary (and the viewers of DGTS as well). Also, because Jennifer is a ghost, she probably had the ability to appear whatever age she wanted.
Any thoughts?

She is pretty consistent in all scenes, actually and is 13 the actress and the character. Maybe closer to twelve, however as the movie was probably filmed some months prior to the release date (and Jennifer was killed some months prior to events depicted in this story)
No, there was no change in ages or appearances to mess with any characters minds. Her appearance, even clothes, were always the same as the night she died in the crash. -

Kevin was nine.
Mary told the therapist "he's a boyhe's ninesometimes he's a jerk."
I honestly thought at first that Mary was younger than Kevin because her voice was so high, but then I began to wonder because she was so much taller than him. Then at the end it said Mary was twelve.
