Alternate title/cover stolen from another film???

I dunno if anyone has talked about this yet, but in the Corman collection dvd of Galaxy of Terrorthere is the alternate title cover for the film called "Mindwarp". Well, if you take a look at the 1977 sci fi movie cover of the "The Brain Machine", it's EXACTLY the same, in factits alternate title is Mindwarp also. What is up with this??? Did they steal the cover and alt title- "Mindwarp" for Galaxy??

I think that the artwork for Mind Warp An Infinity of Terror (where it looks like the astronaut is being attacked by his own helmet??), was used for Galaxy of Terror first. The artwork is very H.R. Gigeresque after the success of Alien.
Being that Alien was released in 1979 and Galaxy in 1981, I'm pretty sure whoever released The Brain Machine (1977) on DVD borrowed that artwork.
