Watched this film as a child. It is still one of the best renditions of the King Arthur tale. Trevor Jones's work on the score was beep fantastic. And
Igrayne's Dance
has to be one of the best pieces of it (bar
The Wedding
and Carl Orff's
Carmina Burana
). But - back on track - recently reviewed one of the earlier scenes where Uther watches Igrayne dancing and the alliance is compromised. Scrolled down to see one of the funniest film comments (but that's probably just me). Thought I'd share.
