It appears you have plenty of time to kill considering you've come back to this thread over the course of 2 years
Dont tell me you're innocent. Because it insults my intelligence and makes me very angry. -

For the most part, your taste in classic films is excellent. But I have to call into question how anybody in their right mind could consider the new
Vacation
,
San Andreas
, or especially
Hot Pursuit
as superior to the following films:
Blade Runner
. Ghenghy rated this 4.
2001: A Space Odyssey
. Ghenghy rated this 4.
The Shawshank Redemption
. Ghenghy rated this 2.
Sunset Boulevard
. Ghenghy rated this 4.
The Shining.
Ghenghy rated this 4.
Cabaret
. Ghenghy rated this 2.
Yet, you rated them higher. None of these films are better than the films listed above, and it's not even close.
Hot Pursuit
. Ghenghy rated this 5.
Vacation
(2015). Ghenghy rated this 7.
San Andreas.
Ghenghy rated this 8.
We're the Millers
. Ghenghy rated this 5.
Sunset Boulevard
a 2? Come on, man. You're entitled to your opinion, of course, so if you don't like it, you don't like it. But that's a bit much.

I agree. It was so bad I was actually offended but then somehow I found myself laughing at the suicide at the end. what's almost as bizarre as this movie is the recent revisionist history about it. It seems like certain corners of the internet are now feigning intellectual superiority by exaggerating the all to minor strengths of the movie.
