Looking for a cannibal movie title

I think this might be the best place to post this question.
Can anyone tell me if this cannibal movie rings a bell. This is a movie I rented in the mid-80 and I remember 2 scenes only. I know it isnt much but maybe someone can help. The scene are approx. and might not be exactly like I mentioned but quite similar.
The first scene I remember is a man and a female trapped by a tribe and chained to the wall of a cavern. The guy cut his arm off (or hand) to free himself and to get help but while he is gone the tribe came back and cut the woman's breast to eat it and then is completely eaten. The only part I am not 100% certain is if the woman if completely eaten after having a breast chopped off and eaten.
The other scene I remember which isnt much since all cannibal movies had such scenes is one of the tribe trapping an iguana and cutting its belly wide open while it is on its back and tranporting it to wherever they were going. I mainly remember the lizard having yellow intestines being pull out of it!
So far, I know it isnt any of Man from Deep River, Jungle Holocaust, Eaten Alive, Trap Them and Kill Them, Primitive, Cannibal Terror (which is total crap), Cannibal Ferox nor Cannibal Holocaust! I must admit I dont own the Mountains of the Cannibal God yet but does any of you know what is the movie? -

Have you tried Deep River Savages or is that the same movie as Man From Deep River. Also try Eaten Alive, Cannibal Holocaust 2 and Cannibal Ferox 2. Trust me they are out there!
