You're fixated on the exact number which isn't important. You may disagree that most Democrats aren't religious, but that doesn't change the larger point being made, which is that Democrats have more rational people among their members as evidence by having far fewer religious people. A) We've already changed the climate. The goal now is to limit the damage. We could have done it by now if we pushed harder 30 years when it first started getting public attention.
B) You don't necessarily need taxes to move away from fossil fuels. -

No surprise there since it's basically his job to say that. But also there's not many people who are as obviously guilty as Trump is. -
