She seemed snobby and self absorbed to me. She walked around with her nose literally in the air and each time Dr. Wilbur would ask her a question she would answer it by talking about herself (mostly her beauty)

She did come off as snobby a bit.
But her diverting questions to her looks was purely a protective device.
'She' knew what the doctor was really asking, and she avoided the questions because they would upset 'Sybil' and also reveal what they were ashamed/scared of & trying to keep secret.
I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
