Anyone see the "Family" house in this past Tuesday's (2/28/12) episode of "Parenthood"? It's in the first few minutes when Jasmine goes to break up with Joe.
And you wanna know the worst part? You're from outta state!

Were any of the Lawrences still living there? Probably that deadbeat Willie - you just know he never earned any money on his own, and was just going to sponge off the family for the rest of his life.

Willie is probably still living in the guest house! Now that Kate and Doug (the actors) have both died, the property would have been sold only nobody remembered to tell Willie and he's still there!
