Does anyone else think it was strange Bentley called the others Mr. and Mrs. Jefferson (or J) and Mr. and Mrs. Willis? And they called him Mr. Bentley? George addressed Tom as Willis and just called Bentley Bentley, but he at east called Helen by her first name.

Maybe because the man carries the family name. Or just personal preference.
