It makes it illegal to:
-Distribute AI generated or "photoshopped" sexual content that is meant to depict real individuals
-Share real sexual images and video without consent, whether it was sent to you by the person in question or by someone else
-Threaten to share sexually explicit images or video, whether real or fake
Violating the law can result in up to 2 years in prison and significant financial penalties.

I don't know why it took so long to make this a law. It has been a problem for decades now.
