Yes as a amtter of fact I have and HR puff and Stuff ran on Irish TV as import during the 1980s. as filler along with Canadian shows like the Red hand gang, Edison Twins, canadain short films from TWA and Canadian film board and Lolek and Boulek from the Slovakia, then Czeckoslovakia.

The Double Deckers was imported to the US. It, as all kid shows, was short lived. I wouldn't call all it rubbish, but low budget.
