, because he appeared in fewer episodes and the character was a mistake. Chuck should have been killed off when Gavin left. They could have had a few episodes that dealt with the tragedy.

I think Gavin played Chuck as the doofus he was supposed to be but altogether he's the one I'm most familiar with. The other one seemed to have no presence whatsoever.

Gavan since really looked the part of Richie's older brother. The producers didn't give Gavin a lot of material to work with.

Randolph Roberts, mainly because "Guess Who's Coming to Christmas" is my favorite Happy Days episode.
