I believe he is the guy that gets gut shot during one of the last robberies the gang pulls. The one that Pretty Boy puts out of his misery at the lodge. Not positive, but I can't think of anyone else it could be.

And they left out Red Hamilton and also FBI agent Carter Baum, whom Baby Face Nelson shot and killed during the Little Bohemia Raid.
