Great movie, but I could have done without the incest. 7/10.

Well, if it disturbed you then hats off to Romero for fulfilling what he set out to do.
It's a gross scene. Great movie.

Hey, I wanna "bump" this one up cause I want some clarification
did he actually think she was his WIFEhe starts calling her "Mae" and stating how much he missed her at the golf coursethen he seems to "come to" halfway through the makeout sessionthe scene was a little off-putting, but for some reason movies that deal with daddy/daughter incest ALWAYS turn me on a bitsick, I know, but you can thank the late 70s early 80s "family" porn craze, mainly the

            series of films.
            Crazies '73: 6.5/10

He'd been talking earlier at the table about his wife and how she died, wistfully. I think he actually thought his daughter was his wife, and then, like a couple of the other characters, he had a moment of clarity amidst the illness and realized what he was doing.
Tho it is dark . . . know our flag . . . is still there.

I think that was the case. He did hang himself after all, probably because of the guilt.

Well, what is a horror movie without one or two scenes that shock the audience? I certainly didn't see that part coming the first time I watched the movie and it's one of the most memorable moments of the entire film.
