    How come Gerard Hoffnung is credited as a writer on this show when he died several years before and isn't even mentioned once in the book of the show by Richard Webber?
    Apparently he was also credited in the Radio Times, but is not on the BBC Comedy website. Very puzzling! All answers would be appreciated.
