Why is it that only 11 out of the 22 episodes produced are avaialable in Nroth america. The DVD that has them on is terrible and is clearly taken from a vhs and ripped onto the dvd with out any proper chapter stops and sperations between the epsiodes, whicha re also out of order. if there are DVDs that are all of the episodes and are good quality, then please let me know, but they must be in region 1
