Oh, that's easy! The man who sang "Conjunction Junction" and voiced "Bill" in "I'm Just a Bill" was none other than Jack Sheldon. Sheldon also sang "Rufus Xavier Sarsaparilla," "The Tale of Mr. Morton," "The Energy Blues," "Them Not-So-Dry Bones" and "Where the Money Goes." He also sang opposite Bob Dorough in "Busy Prepositions," "The Body Machine," and the new "I'm Gonna Send Your Vote to College." He was even one of four singers in "Mother Necessity." The other three, in case you're wondering, were Dorough, Blossom Dearie and Essra Mohawk.

I think he also voiced Louis the Lightning Bug in power company commercials in different parts of the country.

Perhaps this explains my dim childhood memory of his voice singing "Don't fly your kite near the power lines!"

he also sang "Amendment to be" in a simpson's episode, which both spoofs and pays homage to SHR

His name is Jack Sheldon and he did a lot of the voices for Schoolhouse Rock. He's also a famous jazz trumpeter.
