She lives in the townhouses and I live in an apartment on the same street as she does.
She walked her dog. When she was finished, she walked down to the dumpster that belonged to where I live rather than carrying her dog poop bag to her place of residents.
That is illegal!
When I called her out on it, she dismissed me like this…
"Gurl, I ain't got time for your bitching about one bag of dog poop!"
Guess what happened after that??? FYI she threatened me….

When I called out a Soanish lady that was a resident of a differner for dumping her trash into our dumpster, the lady apologized.

Oh yes there is where I live! It's a penal code violation that carries a fine from $50-$100. It is against the law to throw your trash in someone's else's trash can WITHOUT THE PERMISSIOM FROM THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY.
These assholes are constantly dumping their trash in our dumpsters. Not just dog poopbags, sinks, mattresses, dishwashers and so forth. They are just too fu King lazy. That's what it is. SHE IS A LAZY AND RUDE WHITE BITCH.
