I don't know if it's the suit, but Richard Bright (Hank) looks absolutely years older than Al Pacino. But in the Godfather, Al Pacino looks years older than him. Strange, huh?

Yes I agree with your visual appearance of the character's age profile. However in my opinion, Richard Bright was always better looking than Al Pacino and stayed true to his character without heavy make-up and blemishes to coverup like Al.

Pacino was made up in TGF2 to look older and very stressed. You see him taking pills, his diabetes, which will have detrimental effect by TGF3. Watch the end of TGF2, when Al is shown as a college boy, as young as 20 before going off to war. He looks young again, because he wasn't wearing older makeup then.
