This is a DVD that is looking a bit worn around the edges. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful we have it at all. There are other classics of the '70's, such as Looking For Mr. Goodbar, that have never had a disc release at all.
Still, as I have been building my Blu-ray collection, I have been astounded by what this new technology can be used to do to breathe new life into these 35-40 year old classics. Most come out literally looking like a brand new film.
Klute is a movie that I keep hoping for a Blu-ray of. I just wanted to get the rest of your feedback on this.

I'd love to see both Klute and Looking for Mr Goodbar get Blu-ray transfers; Zabriskie Point too, the explosion at the end would be awesome to watch in hi def.

Its a crime when you consider that neither of those titles are on Blu-ray, but you can get a Blu-ray copy of
        Dude, Where's My Car?
It just makes me ill, you know?

Now available on a gorgeous Blu-ray from the Criterion Collection.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
