Uncredited Police Officer in Three First Season Episodes

Can anyone identify the actor who plays a police officer in the final three episodes of the first season: "The Face of Death," "'Til Death Do Us Part," and "An Elementary Case of Murder"?
*** SPOILER AHEAD! ***
In "The Face of Death" he's the cop standing with Mac and Enright for the hostage exchange who accidentally shoots Freddie. In the following two he's seen but plays no pivotal role. He sorta looks like a young Anthony Zerbe, if that's any help.
I've noticed many more actors appear in these episodes than receive credit. It would be nice to see 'em get their due even forty-plus years after.
