Does anybody know the difference between these sets? Both are supposed to be "The Complete Series", so why has one set 2

Does anybody know the difference between these sets? Both are supposed to be "The Complete Series", so why has one set 21 DVDs and the other 24?

I don't claim to be an authority but My set has all the McMillan and Wifes, the McMillans and a 3 disc set of The Snoop Sisters, so that would be my guess as to where the extra 3 discs come from. Totally different show, probably part of the Sunday Mystery Movies also and mildly entertaining.
