According to Edith, she claims she has 50% ownership of the bar when Archie
    traced
her name on the bank loan with Archie having the other 50%. Then Harry buys 40% ownership of the bar. With that being said all together, Harry has 40% and Archie and Edith each having 30% a piece, would that make Harry a majority owner of Archie's Place?

Technically, but Archie withheld from Harry that Edith owned half his action.

So Harry, technically, bought 40% of the bar under false pretense?

No, he still owned 40%. Archie and Edith were a partnership in their own right.

            I enjoyed Wingreen as Harry.

He was OK, but I thought Kelcy was better.

I always thought of Harry as being the "second fiddle". Maybe because Archie seemed to have more respect for Kelcy, other than the time Russ ordered something that Kelcy wasn't familiar with (Harvey Wallbanger, I think), and Archie tells Kelcy "It's a drink, stupid, make it".

Funny he seemed well aware of what a Harvey Wallbanger was at that point, but a few seasons later when he bought the bar, he seemed to have no idea what a Harvey Wallbanger was when the Cleavers requested it

Russ had to explain to Kelcy what a Harvey Wallbanger was (a screwdriver with a shot of Galiano, I believe). Archie didn't know what it was.
When Archie bought the bar, none of them knew how to make one, after Harry left with his bartender's guide. Archie had Mike Mickey-Mouse a couple and the Cleavers almost barfed.

A Harvey Wallbanger is 1oz Vodka in a glass of orange juice topped with Galiano. I never really figure how that's a "rich man's drink" according to Russ. I supose it depends on what type of vodka is used, but most bartenders will simply just use well liquor for cocktails unless the customers request the premium liquor

I'm surprised Russ settled for slumming at Kelcy's instead of somewhere austere (the reason of course was to use the already existing Kelcy's set).

The funny thing was that Archie was the one who got stuck paying the tab, because Russ only had hundred dollar bills

I'm surprised Archie didn't put up more of a squawk about that.

Wow, you don't remember the DeKypers? Their first appearance was classic, when Edith got spaghetti dumped all over the mink cape Amelia had sent her, leading to Archie and Russ battling over the insurance check after it was ruined at the Jeffersons cleaning store.
Their second appearance was more forgettable, with different actors (although the original Amelia showed up at Edith's High School reunion); Russ and Archie at the bar was OK, but the second Amelia was written as a soap opera character.

The first one, the original Amelia wasn't wearing a bra, and all of a sudden, she's standing there with her arms folded. I always guessed that the director had her do it so her nips wouldn't show.
