I checked out his name on the name, and found a Harold Blakenship of the age he should be living in Chicago, Illinois.
I suspect, like so many others from Appalachia, he assimilated himself into the city. I remember there was an article in National Geographic that covered the problems the Appalachians faced moving to Chicago, their highs and lows.

            From Wikipedia:
Harold Blankenship, who played the young boy Harold in Medium Cool, was tracked down by film-maker Paul Cronin (who made the documentary 'Look Out Haskell, It's Real') and appears in Cronin's film Sooner or Later. Blankenship named his first son after Haskell Wexler.

I think we're just gonna have to be secretly in love with each other and leave it at that.

Saw Wexler last night and he said Harold is in bad shape, but wouldn't say why.
              Dictated, but not read.
