Of course this is brought up in book and movie; that maybe Rosemary is delusional due to whatever it is (hormones?) that causes these problems in pregnant women. It's what Hill thinks is wrong, thus his "betrayal." Does "pre-partum crazies" still happen in this day and age? Thoughts?

It's a clever aspect of this film, and how it is directed - she could just be having a breakdown. The supernatural element could be utter bunkum.
