the way the film's editing is amazing. a scene will get to the next scene not only with the sound and dialogue continuing from the last but like half a second before you expect it to. one that comes to mind is after they first see the apartment and then cutting to them walking outside talking about getting it. there are more examples but anyhow the editing is fantastic.
