It's a Three Wheeler Morgan. More info here:

IMCDB.Org lists it as a "1933 Morgan Sports Model"
see: http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_7788-Morgan-Sports-Model-1933.html
And I would like one too. Especially with gas prices the way they are.
I know there are 3 wheel motorcycles, but they look like, well, 3 wheeled motorcycles. This looks like a small car. Reminds me of the "1955 Messerschmitt KR 200" in "Brazil"(1985).

Oddly enough I saw one in London a couple of weeks before I watched this film, so I knew what it was. It makes exactly the same sort of sputtering engine noise as in the movie, and it's TINY - I was next to it on my bicycle at the traffic lights and I was towering over the driver.

I think it's cool that Morgan is
still making these!
Jerry Seinfeld's "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" has him with Stephen Colbert in a similarly old-school Morgan 4-wheel roadster. Colbert looks in the glove compartment expecting a tweed-clad mouse named Wilfred to live there, asking 'Can I get Master anything?'
