Hello friends,
I am looking for Neil Hefti's soundtrack from The Odd Couple. Does anyone have any idea where I could obtain a physical or digital copy? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not, but I would like to say that the original 1968 soundtrack album alternated muscial cues from the film(including the go-go music from the place that Felix visits at the beginning of the movie, and music for his supermarket shopping spree)with dialogue tracks from the movie itself.
I had this disc, and I pretty much memorized all the Oscar-Felix(and poker players) dialogue by heart, much as we did "back in that day" with the comedy albums of Bill Cobsy and Bob Newhart.
The only downside is that the record producers put a LAUGH TRACK on the dialogue, like when Oscar says "'We're all out of corn flakes' when it took me three hours to figure out that 'FU' meant Felix Unger!" (Or as Matthau says it "Felix Ungahh!") -

The Dot Records soundtrack LP has not made it to the digital realm as yet (and truly it's something I don't know if I expect to see happen). I picked up a copy of the LP in a used record store some months back, and it's definitely worth a listen if you should come across it! And I most certainly agree with a previous commenter about the addition of the laugh track to the dialogue cuts. Not a huge distraction, but the producers should have just left well enough alone.
