I swore Stonn was Jimmy Stewart when I first saw the episode as a kid it was almost right after watching It's a Wonderful Life….for years I swore it was George Bailey but later on found out it wasn't.
Disappointed.

He has a resemblance. But keep in mind by 1967 Jimmy was much older than that actor.
The only poster who had his account banned 4 times without ever breaking any rules each of those times.

Of course. Anyway that episode is a classic. Great Episode. From the musical score. To the one on one hand to hand combat between Spock and Kirk.
T'Pau
The first 15 minutes when no one even knows what the hell is up with Spock.
And then the twist at the end.
Incredible dialogue when T'Pau says, " Live long and proaper Spock"
And Spock says,
" I shall do neither, I have killed my Captain and my friend"
