The Barrel Kill.
If you don't agree that its one of the best kill scenes in cinematic history, that's cool. It just means your opinion is worthless, LOL.
Been making IMDB board posts since the 90s, yet can't bring up any from before December of 2004. -

It's a good scene, but if you are going to use the word "cinematic" you are way off. Cinematic would be better to describe the kill scene in Swordfish when the bomber vest goes off on that girl getting pulled away from the bank and all the bearings going through every one.
Since I like to laugh, I would say the best kill scene in the movie is when Eastwood asks the Baxter's men to apologize to his mule. -

It's pretty great. But what about the barb-wire fence in Final Destination 2? I found that one pretty amusing. I never would have thought a fence - AN ENTIRE FENCE - could pull off such an acrobatic feat. That has been my favorite kill scene ever since I saw it. (And ridiculously enough, I'm afraid it DOES count as a "kill" and not just a death.)

That was laughable. It was an
EMPTY BARREL
. If the barrel had actually had something in it, sure, that would have been an awesome kill. But empty barrels don't kill people.
I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.
