I didn't care for this maniac after a whale, having a similar storyline in the first season. However, roughly 40 minutes into this episode, there was a really intentionally funny scene. I won't spoil it, but I will say Kowalski is a little anxious in apprehending the villain. He and several of his mates think they have him, but it is one of the Seaview's main officers. A guy Kowalski works with just about every episode! Comedy is rare in this show, and it sure is welcome in this sequence! Kowalski's apology is funny, also!
