In one episode, there was a fighter-jet pilot, his girlfriend (or wife), & a little girl (probably their daughter). The jet was on the ground in the middle of nowhere (crashed?). The man & woman went (walked?) to the air-force base, & found out that time was
almost
stopped (it was moving, but very slowly), & that the little girl was in danger of being run over. They eventually managed to save her & return to normal time-flow speed.
What is this episode's name, or at least it's season number & episode number? Thanks.

The episode is "The Premonition" and it was the next to the last episode of the series.
