    And you had the entire collection to choose from, which would you pick as your 1st one to watch? I would go with the order of the books making "Casino Royale" my 1st movie, however "From Russia With Love" will always be my all time favorite Bond movie.

      I guess I'd go in release order, so Dr. No. In real life my first full viewing of a Bond movie was Casino Royale '67, which I mistakenly assumed was part of the main series. That was kind of a weird experience.

          dr No. i don't really think watching them in book order makes much sense, because the film do not follow on from each other the way the books do and were not made in book order. watching a film made in the 2000s before one made in the 1960s doesn't strike me as very logical.
