Peter Robbins was the voice of Charlie Brown in A Charlie Brown Christmas. David, the child played by Paul Peterson, sounds exactly like him, at least at the start of the picture. Could Robbins have dubbed part of Peterson's lines for this movie?

No - Paul Peterson - later of the Donna Reed Show - sounded a bit like Robbins before his voice changed. But that is his own voice.
