I hadn't even seen this movie yet when I'd seen the clip of Tony Curtis trying desperately to get onto the moving train, with Sidney Poitier extending a hand towards him yelling "RUN!" Just from the time period (and those few moments, in context) I knew the movie had to be about racial issues and I thought that scene was executed beautifully. (Made all the more better when I actually got to see the movie in its entirety!)

I loved that scene as well.
