The final straw that caused the fight between the two was that Joker ripped off the portion of the cigarette that Cullen had tossed because it had touched Cullens lips.
This move really p*ssed Cullen off. Yes, the tension had been building but this was when

Speakin' of this 'fight' scene both were fighting to the death until the boy came along. What did the 'winner' think he was going to do chained to a corpse ??
They may not have been edumacated but they weren't THAT stupid were they ?
'Big Sam' (Chaney Jr) cuts the rope which keeps the 2 captive. what a joke the rope/knots were !! They could have escaped any time they wanted !!
