She stayed in remarkable physical shape her whole life. If you look at pictures of her from early in her career and compare to later ones, you'll see that her figure really doesn't change. The scenes of her in a slip just after she has given birth to her daughter, I think, are deliberately showing her as a lively sexual being.

she was always so ****ing hot
thing is she wasn't a typical hollywood, model looking, classic beauty but i think she was very beautiful and exotic looking.
