Saw a movie as a kid and that fight is all I remember and wondering if this could be it; on rigth now on TCM. (But I thought Neville Brand was in itand he's not in this one.)

That is Sam Fuller's marvelous Tokyo gangster film with Robert Stack and it is called House of Bamboo.
