A federal judge in Boston Tuesday ruled that the Trump administration violated the law when it ended the immigration status of nearly 900,000 migrants who came to the U.S. through a Biden-era parole program called CBP One.
The program allowed migrants waiting in Mexico to schedule an interview to report to a port of entry along the U.S.-Mexico border. After being vetted, they then were allowed into the country while waiting for their asylum claims to be heard in court.
The Trump administration abruptly cancelled CBP One in April of last year. The administration sent emails to the migrants notifying them that their status had been revoked, and encouraging them to leave the U.S. as soon as possible.
But U.S. District Court Judge Allison Burroughs, of Boston, said in her ruling that "when Defendants terminated the impacted noncitizens' parole without observing the process mandated by statute and by their own regulations, they took action that was 'not in accordance with law.'"

It is always good to see when any MAGA racism gets defeated.
Hopefully the courts will not be on their side where they are doing all they can to make it as illegal as possible for non whites to vote.

So you think One President can make a program where he unilaterally let's illegal aliens come in through a program his administration personally created in his own authority.
But yet you think it's ok for a federal judge with no authority whatsoever to stop another President from exercising his authority in regards to immigration.
And yet you see no contradiction in your thinking. -

If they're in this country illegally, that's no one's fault but theirs. They cut in line from people who do it right.

You can't be here illegally and go through the process. They're supposed to go the process BEFORE they cross the border.
You didn't answer the question. You defend all illegals. Would you like it if you were waiting in a long line, then just as you reached the front, someone cut in front of you?

I have stated what the facts are. You are not addressing the facts that I have clearly stated. Why do you not see the contradiction? This Federal Judge has no authority to do this.
While it disgusted me that Biden let in 15 Million illegals in 4 years I still had to say during his administration that he has authority over immigration. Even though what Biden did would help destroy the United States.
The Constitution gives the President such powers. Now Trump is in office and can and should deport as many illegals as there are in the Nation. It is his Right to do so.
This is why you and people like you can never ever be reasoned with. You're mentally ill. -
