Yeah, I was also thinking of Blazing Saddles and could make an exception for Harvey Koreman.
Very little shooting and killing in that one.
I was mainly asking if there were ever any serious ones.
Something like if there is a family that struggles like Little House only out west and a feature length movie.
I guess shooting and killing in Westerns is mandatory just like having a chopper crash and explode in every action movie.

All of the westerns I can think of are action or adventures, so those will always have some violence. Maybe if there are some romantic westerns there wouldn't be any violence.
