The OP knows Westerns. I would say his list is second to none. And I would be willing to bet 10 Million Fetuses on such a wager.

I tend to have a more classical list. This is actually just a list of the top 10 Westerns I have watched in the last 2 years:
1.
Stagecoach
1938
2.
The Ox-Bow Incident
1943
3.
The Gunfighter
1950
4.
My Darling Clementine
1946 (Director's cut)
5.
The Westerner
1940
6.
The Big Trail
1930
7.
She Wore a Yellow Ribbon
1948
8.
High Plains Drifter
1973
9.
Fort Apache
1945
10.
The Virginian
1929
—————- Just off the cusp…
The Big Sky
1952
Jeremiah Johnson
1972
Winchester 73
1950 -

Pretty good. These are all well-established classics which have stood the test of time.
On that ground, your list is just that bit better than the OP's which heads the top of this thread.
I don't have a serious quibble with any of 'em.

Great list. I haven't seen The Magnificent Seven or Pale Rider yet.
I would probably have included Stagecoach or She Wore a Yellow Ribbon or The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.
I might have included Open Range.
I definitely would have included Once Upon a Time in the West and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and Lonesome Dove.
And The Ox-Bow Incident.
I gotta admit I really enjoyed both City Slickers and its sequel. But both would make my top 20, not top 10 and I guess these two fall into the western comedy.
And the western comedy genre also includes Blazing Saddles, They Call Me Trinity, Trinity is Still My Name, Support Your Local Sheriff, Support Your Local Gunfighter and Maverick.
Not easy winnowing it down to ten films.
