NoooooOOOOOOoooo! It's not bad enough to be included here, NZer!
Seriously… I enjoyed it… like a lot of movies, it's not meant to be taken too seriously.
I loved the part at the end when they got those salty old WWII Navy guys involved… that was my favorite part.
This is one of my favorite "so bad it's good" movies: -

I think No Holds Barred is a fun bad movie.
And even though most people consider Masters of the Universe to be a bad movie, I enjoy it and think it's actually a pretty well made sci-fi flick, all things considered.

To name a few:
House of the Dead-Despite how it was apparently supposed to be a horror movie, it felt like a parody of what was already a glitchy arcade game with wonky controls, and cheap visuals. The characters had the likability of a fungus growing on top of your scalp. However, the forced reactions and mismatched soundtrack that were like zombies dressing up as garden angels in hippie clothes, posing as Jane Austen made it entertaining in a melodramatic fashion.
Gigli-It made me laugh in all of the ways that a comedy isn’t supposed to,
.
Iron Eagle-Need I say more?

The soundtrack was about the only thing that was semi-redeemable about it, however, lol. That, along with Jason Gedrick’s performance.
