I'm not sure if it's considered reality tv but I love " say yes to the dress." Especially when the brides story pulls on your heart strings. I love Kecia also from the show,I think that's her name but she has the ability to not only find the perfect dress but to connect with the bride on a deep level.
Another reality/ documentary is "hoarders." I get so lost in the way these people choose to live, the inner pain they face from their past, and how it affects them in the present.
