I need help identifying this possibly 2000s or even 1990s TV show scene. I think it was a crime show, but I'm not sure if it was
Monk
or not. The scene goes something like this: an East Asian man (a musician/singer?) shouts something (sounds like "Yo hee!" He says it a few times, I think) at a cowboy/hat-wearing man playing what I think is an accordion. The accordion player soon asks him in a low and deadly serious tone of voice, "You wanna hear a little secret?" The East Asian man is murdered, I think stabbed, and stunned for a moment before dying? Does anybody on here know which TV show and which episode this scene is from? It has stuck with me for all these years, since the early 2000s, when I know I saw it on TV. I don't remember the channel, but I think it was USA, and the show might have been
