1.westworld is a big deal it has everything a scifi fan wants.
2.timeless- im a rectify fan here so no matter what happens here its must watch tv for me. stars Abigail Spencer.
3.quarry is easly one of the best new shows this season.. lots of intrigue with nice pacing.
4.frequency- I wasn't sure if was going to start this.. but its on the CW and its getting favorable reviews (as the other 3 above) so in all likelihood im going to start this.
5.luke cage- was just ok but I love theo rossi.
haven't touched the Keifer Sutherland show I know people love it.. but political dramas aren't really my cup of tea.

So far, I only have four shows that look forward to watching and those are:
ATLANTA (FX, Tuesdays at 10 pm): This is the funniest show on television and the most original and freshest. The ensemble is perfection and the writing is incredible. I can't say more great things about this series.
BETTER THINGS (FX, Thursdays at 10 pm): I love Pamela Adlon and I am glad someone finally gave her her own show. It's funny, poignant and unabashedly honest.
WESTWORLD (HBO, Sundays, at 9 pm): I wish I loved this show more, but I have a feeling there are some great things to come so I am hanging in there. I wish they had eased the audience into the concept with a bit more finness, but I have a feeling J.J. Abrams may have, with his usual bravado, pushed team Nolan for more sensational too early on. It may work to their advantage since the average fan is bright and doesn't need coddling to understand the philosophy behind the obvious story-line which is much less obvious.
THE EXORCIST: (Fridays, at 9 pm on Fox): Not the best time slot for a show that is frighteningly great. I worry that some of the secondary stories may take away from the principle story of the exorcism of a teenage girl and the way her family and the church deal with it. There are all ready some series problems, but hopefully the writers will get back on track because this show could easily be an early cancellation before it gets a solid following.

"The Exorcist" is the only new show that I look forward to. It's working for me so far, but I do hope that they focus more on the family drama aspect than anything else. For me, that's when the show is at its strongest.

          None. They're all garbage.
Westworld is pretty good, so far.

Only The Exorcist, Westworld and This Is Us. The only one I really wanted to see was The Exorcist, got suckered into the others. This Is Us has been the most impressive, so far actually.
