Seems like Limbaugh could be arrested and indicted for incitement to murder even in the US where our laws (fortunately) limit incitement prosecutions on First Amendment grounds. -

I do think Palin, Thomas Flanagan, and Steven Gill crossed the line and the rest on this list deserve to put on a Toxic List: i.e., advertisers who sponsor their appearance on the public airwaves should be boycotted.
